Conditions of Use

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase goods or services from Heavenly Sent through this website. Please read them before placing an order.

1. About Heavenly Sent

Heavenly Sent supplies personalised memorial products, including coffin and casket decals, urn lettering and designs, bespoke design services and related products.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are responsible for checking that the information you provide is accurate, including names, wording, spelling, sizes, colours, delivery details and any other personalisation instructions.

We reserve the right to contact you if we need clarification before producing your order.

3. Personalised and Bespoke Products

Many Heavenly Sent products are made or personalised specifically for the customer. Please check all wording and design information carefully before completing your order.

Where you supply photographs, artwork, logos or other material, you confirm that you have permission or the necessary rights to use that material and to ask us to reproduce it.

Colours displayed on a screen can vary from the finished printed or cut product because of differences between screens, printers, inks, materials and lighting.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). The total payable, including any applicable delivery charge, will be shown during checkout before you complete your order.

Orders may not be produced or dispatched until payment has been successfully received or authorised.

5. Delivery

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within the times indicated on our website, but delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

Please make sure the delivery address supplied with your order is complete and correct. Further information is available on our Delivery / Shipping & Returns page.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Personalised Goods

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

Because personalised or made-to-order goods are produced to your specifications, the usual right to cancel an online order simply because you have changed your mind may not apply once the product has been personalised or made for you.

If we have supplied an item that is faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not match the personalisation details that we accepted from you, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the problem and arrange an appropriate remedy where required.

7. Checking Your Order

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If there is a problem, contact us promptly and provide your order details together with photographs where these will help us understand the issue.

8. Customer-Supplied Information

You are responsible for ensuring that wording, names, dates and other information supplied for personalisation are correct. We cannot normally be responsible for an error that appears on the finished product because the same error was present in the information or artwork supplied or approved by you.

9. Website and Design Service

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, pricing and website services accurate and available. Occasionally we may need to correct an obvious error or temporarily change or withdraw a service.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. These terms do not affect the rights you have as a consumer under applicable UK law.

11. Privacy

Information about how we use personal information is provided in our Privacy Notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms applying to an order will be those in effect when that order is placed.
