Heavenlysent offers selected advertising opportunities for funeral directors, florists, celebrants, memorial businesses and other services that may be useful to our customers.

Our advertising spaces are designed to give relevant local and specialist businesses an opportunity to reach people visiting Heavenlysent for memorial, coffin, casket and urn products.

What Your Advert Can Include

Your advertisement may include:

• Your business name
• Your logo or suitable business image
• A short description of your services
• Your website link
• Your telephone number or other agreed contact details
• The area your business serves

The final size, wording and appearance of the advert will be agreed before it is published.

Where Advertisements Appear

Advertisements may appear on selected pages of the Heavenlysent website. Placement may vary depending on the page and the device being used.

On desktop computers an advert may appear alongside the main page content. On smaller screens and mobile devices the advert may appear underneath the main content.

Advertising Approval

All advertisements are subject to approval by Heavenlysent before publication. We reserve the right to refuse advertising that we believe is unsuitable, misleading, offensive or unrelated to our customers.

Advertising space is primarily intended for appropriate funeral, memorial and bereavement-related businesses and services.

Advertiser Responsibility

The advertiser is responsible for ensuring that all information supplied to Heavenlysent is accurate and lawful.

The advertiser must have permission to use any business names, trademarks, logos, photographs, images or other material supplied for use in the advert.

The advertiser is also responsible for keeping their website address and contact details up to date.

Website Links

Website links must lead to an appropriate and legitimate business website. Heavenlysent may remove or suspend an advert if a linked website later becomes unavailable or contains unsuitable content.

Advertising Charges

The price and advertising period will be confirmed before payment is requested. Advertising will normally begin once payment has been received and the advert has been approved.

Any renewal or extension of an advertising period will be agreed separately unless otherwise stated.

Changes to Your Advert

Reasonable changes to business details may be requested during an advertising period. Significant redesigns or replacement advertisements may be subject to an additional charge, which will be agreed before any work is carried out.

No Guarantee of Enquiries or Sales

Advertising on Heavenlysent provides promotional exposure only. We cannot guarantee a particular number of views, clicks, enquiries, bookings or sales as a result of an advertisement.

Relationship with Advertisers

Advertisers are independent businesses. The appearance of an advertisement on Heavenlysent does not mean that Heavenlysent operates, owns or controls that business.

Customers should make their own enquiries before purchasing products or services from an advertiser.

Heavenlysent is not responsible for the products, services, prices, contracts, advice or work supplied by an advertiser.

Cancellation and Refunds

If an advertiser wishes to cancel before their advertisement has been created or published, they should contact Heavenlysent as soon as possible.

Once an advertisement has been created and published, advertising fees are normally non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations.

If Heavenlysent is unable to provide an agreed advertising placement for a substantial part of the paid advertising period, we will discuss an appropriate extension, alternative placement or refund with the advertiser.

Removal of Advertising

Heavenlysent reserves the right to remove or suspend an advertisement if the advertiser breaches these terms, provides misleading information, uses unauthorised material, or if continuing to display the advertisement could damage the reputation of Heavenlysent.

Sponsored Advertising

Paid advertisements may be identified as "Advertising", "Advert", "Sponsored" or similar wording so visitors can distinguish paid promotions from Heavenlysent's own products and recommendations.

Agreement

By purchasing advertising space on Heavenlysent, the advertiser confirms that they have read and accepted these Advertising Terms & Conditions.
