Shipping & Returns



All goods are packed extremely well, to avoid disappointment of damaged goods when they arrive. insurance/damaged parcels we are not responsible for properly packed goods being damaged in transit unless optional insurance is taken out or goods signed for as unchecked, we will then supply the receipt for you to put in a claim with the shipping company. If you are unsure of anything simply e-mail us.

Please allow 2-5 working days for the arrival of your item before contacting us (UK)
For international orders please allow 5-15 working days.



Shipping Abroad

No packages can be bought in the UK then shipped abroad. Unless the shipping rate is agreed before hand. We recommended purchasing a gift certificate for this purpose.


All new products carry a 30 Day money back guarantee, arrangement can be made for exchange, credit or refund at our discretion. Products returned for refund or exchange MUST: be 100% complete and undamaged, contained in original packaging, including all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories which you have been purchased from us. other options are to repair or replace the item. It does not cover excessive wear and tear or faults caused by incorrect, operation or any form of abuse. We do not supply goods on a trial basis. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that any goods purchased are suitable for their application and are fit for the purpose intended. Any none-faulty goods returned for credit within a 30 day period from purchase will carry a 25% restocking fee. Any postal charges both ways are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Other Conditions

All delivery addresses MUST be correct on all paypal accounts, otherwise your item/s cannot not be resent.
Any items returned due to incorrect address or failure to be collected from the sorting office will not be resent free of charge.
All items must be paid in full before dispatch.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact us, as I will do everything in my power to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, as I want all customers to be happy.
Unless notified, all items will be sent within the stated times. If item is late, please be patient I have defiantly sent it and if for any reason your item will be longer than the promised time frame I will contact you straight away to advise you of the situation.
All overseas deliveries have an estimated delivery time of 5-15 working days, however this can sometimes take longer so please be patient.
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your product, you may return the item for either a refund, or exchange. However you must contact me first before this can be authorised.
Unfortunately I cannot refund items if they are returned opened or damaged.
Business hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, Saturday - Sunday 9 - 2. Please bear this in mind when asking
questions, as they will only be answered during working time slots.
All weekend enquiries will be replied to within the specified times, although I may reply to emails out of these hours.
All weekend purchases will be sent the following Monday.
Buyer is responsible for Postage both ways unless specified.
Heavenlysent will not replace any stickers damaged as a result of incorrect application.
